Joe Boughner is a seasoned communications executive with almost 15 years of experience in the industry. As Director of Communications for the Association of Canadian Financial Officers, Joe oversees the planning and execution of a communications and engagement strategy targeted at 4,500 public servants as well as the broader stakeholder community.
In his previous role as a strategic consultant for a North American digital agency, Joe helped design and implement digital outreach, marketing and engagement strategies for many leading brands, including Rogers Communications, Suncor Energy and the Rotman School of Management. Joe also teaches courses on marketing and digital analytics at Carleton University and Algonquin College.
