Hélène Péloquin from La Cuisine d’Hélène is passionate about food, global travel and photography. She is a mom of 3, one girl and two boys. Baking is her passion and she likes to make yummy desserts. She creates new recipes in her kitchen. She taught herself food photography. Her work has been featured on Canadian Living website, Natrel, Liberté Yogurt and more. She has been a food judge at the Iron Pan Competition at the Upper Canada Village.
In her free time volunteers at the food bank and at the Shenkman Arts Center. She believes that if you are healthy you should give back to the community. She also like to travel around the world and always take her camera with her to capture memories. She lived in seven provinces and now resides in Ottawa.
